Formed in 2012 originally in partnership with The Curragh Racecourse, we were born from our love of horse racing and the want to deliver a first class guest experience to those we look after. Due to the success of this project and the need to seperate the business ideals, Race and Stay™ and Curragh Hospitality™ became registered trading names of an independent company, Enigma Marketing Limited, (Registered in Ireland No: 524249). We are a 100% Irish owned company with offices in Roscommon and The Curragh.
From our conception we have grown quickly and are now the largest, by some way, Horse Racing Tour and Guest Management company in Ireland. In 2019 alone we will manage in excess of 5,000 Race and Stay and hospitality guests. We will book more than 3,000 room nights in local and national hotels and we will also transport and manage over 2,000 guests for a variety of tour agents worldwide. Our clients come from all countries and all occupations. We have party groups, social and racing clubs, tour agent’s guests, event companies, local, national and international businesses, singles, couples, friend’s group’s, and VIP guests who regularly book with us.
We are the ONLY approved Guest Management Service for The Curragh, Horse Racing Ireland and for Irish Champions Weekend. We provide racing breaks, hospitality packages and guest management services for individual clients, organisations, companies and worldwide tour agents at all Irish Race Meetings and Festivals.
By continually listening to what race goers and international visitors want, by using our principles over 30 years of experience in Irish tourism, hospitality and guest management and by consultation with the Racecourses, Hotels and Suppliers we work with, we created our managed packages and branded them as Race & Stay.
Our Race & Stay Packages are well thought out, very competitively and transparently priced and we deal with all aspects of guest requirements which can include: Hotel bookings, airport transfers, return transport to and from racecourses on race days, racecourse admission and hospitality packages, special events, side trips and a bespoke concierge service.

If you book longer than 31 days away from your arrival date all we ask is a refundable €200 deposit to secure your booking and you must confirm your requirements with us and pay the balance in full before 30 days before arrival. If you book within 30 days of arrival or event date you may be asked to pay in full at the time of ordering.
Our terms and conditions of sale are transparent, easy to understand and do not contain any "hidden nasties". Our Cancellation terms are very fair to both parties and are very flexible. In a nutshell, you can cancel in full or amend your package at any time up until 30 days before you arrive and we will refund you in full. From 30 days to 8 days before you arrive you can cancel in full with loss of deposit and changes may incur additional costs. From 7 days to arrival no refunds can be given and 100% of your package cost will be lost.
If we have to cancel your booking because you haven't confirmed it or have not paid the balance payment on time you will also lose your deposit. If we have to cancel your booking due to a service not being available we will refund you in full.
Buying online and over the 'phone is safe with us but we do realise that for some people purchasing from a website can be a daunting prospect, especially when you are asked to pay a deposit and provide credit card and personal information. This is why we only use BANK TRANSFER, STRIPE and PAYPAL encrypted payment services to transact with our guests. We NEVER store, or even see in most cases, your credit card details, we never record telephone conversations or hold any data about our guests except for what is required by law or to place and manage your booking with us.
