Funky Friday Evening Meeting

A great way to kick off the Summer season at The Curragh with the first of our three FUNKY FRIDAY racemeetings. Racing starts at 6pm and features the Group 3 TRM Ballyogan Stakes as well as 6 other high quality races.
We have special FUNKY FRIDAY packages available for tonight that include: Admission, Admission to the Pink Rooms, Roving Cone Buffet and DJ's playing all your favorites from the 80's and 90's during and after racing for a remarkable €29 per guest. The perfect night out for groups and for socialising with friends old and new.

We also have special offer Race & Stay Packages which INCLUDE: Overnight 4* Hotel, Return Transport to and from The Curragh and a FUNKY FRIDAY race package from only €99 per guest.

Of course our valued racegoer's will also be well catered for with exceptional value hospitality available in our Champions Terrace, serving an excellent meal in very comfortable surroundings on the top level of our Hospitality Marquee. Useful Information & FAQ's about Hospitality
All public car parking at The Curragh is Free. Hospitality Guests should plan to arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the first race. On arrival please go directly to the HOSPITALITY DESK, located near the admission turnstiles, where one of our helpful team will check you in and escort you to your selected restaurant. You may require a wristband to enter and re-enter the hospitalty area, if required the staff in the restaurant will provide these for you. Lunch service commences 30 minutes before the first race and concludes after the 4th race on each day. The table you have booked is your's for the day so please do wander around at your leisure and soak up the racing atmosphere.
Our menus have been carefully selected to suit most guest requirements but we do realise that some guests may require different meals. If you have a food allergy or require a special dish please do ask your server BEFORE ordering from any menu. Allergy information points are located near the cash desk in each hospitality location. All of our Hospitality areas have enhanced guest facilities and each location has Racing TV, Tote Betting Screens and an in house bar with waiter service. Your betting requirements are covered by mobile TOTE staff who will be in attendance throughout the afternoon, if you are unsure of any bet type please ask them.
There is no strict dress code at The Curragh, ties and hats are by no means necessary but Sportswear and offensive slogans on clothing will, of course, not be tolerated in hospitality areas. On the Classic race days the emphasis is definately more "glam" and guests do tend to dress up for the occasion. On any given race day you cannot go wrong with smart casual, racing is a long day out so please do dress how you are most comfortable and of course for the weather.
